This freelance project was commissioned by my brother, a staff member in the Medical-Surgical division at Santa Clara Valley Medical Hospital in San Jose, CA. The flyer was developed for display within the unit to inform employees about the implementation of bedside reporting. Its primary objective was to promote staff participation and improve communication between patients and nurses, thereby enhancing the quality and consistency of care procedures.
